Tacoma Ramble

it was drizzly & cold
none the less .. still a wonderful day to be at the beach

gray & overcast
and a tad foggy

I forget what an industrial city Tacoma is
always busy

you don't realize the scope of the Sound until you see a giant ship that looks very tiny
it's all perspective

the rain doesn't stop Washingtonians!

a cloudy day
is no match for a sunny disposition
William Arthur Ward

Tacoma Narrows .. and fog

I bring fresh showers for the thirsting flowers
from the seas and the streams
I bear light shade for the leaves when laid
in their noonday dreams...
Percy Bysshe Shelley ~ The Cloud

The best beach days are overcast and/or rainy. Wonderfully moody.
